Charlie’s father, Felix, fought at Pegasus Bridge during WWII and returned to this country with new ideas from the Continent. He was a pioneer of Pick Your Own in the 1960’s and the innovation is still very much evident today.

The farm shop is open all year round. Ready picked fruits and vegetables are available straight from our farm fresh or frozen. When in season we always have a selection of varieties of freshly picked strawberries, raspberries and other soft fruits with samples so you can try before you buy. When our own fruits and vegetables are out of season our policy is to buy as locally as possible and as fresh as possible to give a traceable fresh product of excellent quality. 

​The Upton Jazz, Folk, Blues, and the International Music Festivals put our riverside town on the map throughout the summer months although the town is well worth a visit at any time of time of year with plenty of pubs, restaurants and some lovely quirky shops to visit.

​Jane and Charlie and their team of staff run a busy farm shop. All are knowledgeable, helpful and willing to advise you on your purchases or Pick Your Own. We produce our own apple and pear juices and, if you dare, why not try some of our infamous Worcestershire Wobblejuice traditional farmhouse Cider and Perry? We offer a number of other facilities including a children’s play area, which all help to make your trip to Clive’s Fruit Farm so enjoyable. 

​There are 100 acres of orchards split between our Farm shop Clive’s of Cropthorne, and another site at Cropthorne near Pershore.

​Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome, however they are at their owners risk. Please be aware that we have two farm dogs on site.

​No Picnics allowed as we serve delicious snacks in Clive’s Café.
